How far in advance should I book my Dulles airport car?
We recommend booking at least 24 hours ahead for guaranteed availability. Same-day requests are often possible — call (877) 609-1919 to check.
What information do I need to book?
Your pickup address, destination, date and time, passenger and luggage count, and flight number for airport pickups so we can track your arrival.
Is my rate confirmed when I book?
Yes. You receive a written flat-rate confirmation — no surge pricing and no hidden fees. The quoted price is the final price.
Can I change or cancel my reservation?
Yes. Contact us at (877) 609-1919 to modify or cancel. Sedans and SUVs can be cancelled free of charge up to 3 hours before pickup; Sprinter vans, limousines and special events up to 12 hours before pickup.
How much waiting time is included?
Airport pickups include 45 minutes of complimentary waiting time on domestic arrivals and 60 minutes on international arrivals, timed from actual touchdown. All other pickups include 15 minutes.
