You book a starting time, a starting address and the number of hours you expect to need. The chauffeur arrives, and from that point the vehicle is yours: add a stop, change the order, extend the booking by phone if the day runs over. The rate is hourly with a minimum, confirmed in writing before you book, and it does not change with the number of stops or the miles driven within the service area. Waiting time is simply part of the booking, so a two-hour appointment costs the same whether the chauffeur waits in the lot or runs a quick errand for you in the meantime.
