How pricing works

Every Dulles trip is quoted as a flat rate on the exact addresses and the vehicle class, and the quote includes tolls and standard wait time. Weather, demand and the hour do not change it. A sedan to Reston or Herndon is a short run; a sedan into downtown Washington, 26 miles and 40 to 60 minutes by the Toll Road and I-66, typically falls in the $110 to $150 range; Maryland destinations such as Bethesda, Columbia and Annapolis are quoted on the same basis.

International arrivals: customs, Global Entry and the meet point

International passengers deplane at the mid-field concourses, ride the AeroTrain or a mobile lounge to the International Arrivals Building, clear immigration, collect bags and pass customs before exiting into the public hall. Global Entry shortens the queue to minutes; without it, an evening bank of European and Asian arrivals can take 30 to 90 minutes. Our chauffeur stands just outside the customs exit doors with a name sign, and 60 minutes of free wait time absorbs the variance.

Flying private or chartering out of Dulles

Dulles is also one of the busier general-aviation hubs on the East Coast, with private and charter traffic handled through fixed-base operators away from the commercial concourses. Domestic arrivals and departures

Domestic passengers ride the AeroTrain from the concourses to the main terminal and descend to baggage claim, a 10 to 20 minute process. With meet and greet, the chauffeur is at the carousel; with curbside pickup, the vehicle arrives at the arrivals level as you walk out. Either way the pickup covers the whole 45-minute domestic wait window at no charge.
