Its north and south halls host events nearly every weekend, and on big show days the surface lots fill and the Route 28 ramps stack up. For exhibitors with cases and samples, or for a team flying in for a two-day show, a booked vehicle with a known pickup point is simpler than a shuttle schedule or a rideshare surge.

Events at the Dulles Expo Center
The two halls host a rotating calendar of consumer and trade events: antique and collectibles markets, home improvement and remodeling shows, pet expos, sportsman's and outdoor shows, craft fairs, bridal shows, industry trade exhibitions and hiring events. Show hours and gate times vary, so check the event's own listing; weekend consumer shows draw their heaviest traffic late morning and early afternoon.
Access, parking and pickup
The center is reached from Route 28 via Willard Road, with additional access from the Chantilly Shopping Center entrances. Parking is in the surrounding surface lots, which overflow on the busiest show days and empty slowly onto Route 28 afterward. We drop at the hall entrance and set a pickup point at the edge of the property so the vehicle is not trapped in the lot when you are ready to leave.
For exhibitors, the chauffeur can stage at the loading side during move-in and move-out hours when the event permits, and Sprinter vans hold display cases and banner stands along with the team.
Airport, hotel and multi-day service
Because the venue is minutes from Dulles, most of our Expo Center work starts or ends at the airport: a team arrives at IAD, checks in at a Chantilly, Herndon or Sterling hotel, rides to the show each morning and back each evening, and departs from Dulles on the last day. We book that as one itinerary with a confirmed rate per leg and dispatch monitoring throughout. Nearby stops include the Steven F. Udvar-Hazy Center of the National Air and Space Museum for a team outing between show days.
